Pours a cloudy amber with a creamy white head. Good lacing, nose is sweet dark fruit, spice & roasted malt with a nice hoppy kick in the finish. This strong Belgian Brown Ale matured in Shochu (distilled Sake) barrels for three months. Hitachino Nest beer, with its unique owl character logo, is brewed at the Kiuchi Brewery in Naka, Japan.
