1. When will I received my order?
For same-day delivery, orders will be shipped out between 3pm and 8pm. Please allow up to 1 hour for us to process your order.

Should there be any delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g. traffic, limited drivers during MCO), we will notify you immediately, and arrange for an alternative delivery date/time if needed.
 
2. How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be processed within 24 hours.


3. How do I change my address or cancel my order?
For orders that have been placed, if you wished to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service line at +60 11-6978 0780 or email us at info@tapsgroup.my.

We do not usually accept any cancellation of orders once payment has goes through, however, you may reached out to us to let us know how we can help.


4. My items have yet to arrive. What should I do?
Please call us or WhatsApp us on to +60 11-6978 0780 and we will follow up on the order status and address the issue as soon as we can.


5. Can I choose self-pick up option for my order? Where can I pick up my order from?
You may opt for self-pick up at our Taps Beer Bar KL (1 Jalan Nagasari, KL) outlet at your preferred time and date. Please select the self pick-up option when you are ordering. You may pick-up from 3pm to 8pm daily.


6. Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
We offer free delivery for orders over RM195 before SST. Otherwise, delivery fee depends on distance to destination from Taps Beer Bar KL, as charged by our third party delivery partner.


7. Do you ship to areas outside of Klang Valley?
Unfortunately, our deliveries are only available for Klang Valley for the time being.
For deliveries outside of Klang Valley, have a chat with us and we will get back to you on the best way to get a cold beer or two in your hands.
